Use AI for school email without connecting your inbox
You may want help with a school notice without connecting the mailbox that also holds work correspondence, receipts, and personal conversations. Plancove does not connect to your mailbox. It works with content you share or forward.

Start with a single message
You do not need to make your whole inbox part of a new workflow. Choose one school notice and decide whether it needs a plan. Read through it first: an email chain may contain older replies or information unrelated to the task you want help with.
You receive an email about a class visit. Before forwarding, check whether the thread also includes a separate conversation with the teacher. Send only the content you intend to share.
If you later set an automatic forwarding rule, keep it narrow and check what it matches. An automatic rule is a choice about future messages, not just the message currently on screen.
Sharing and forwarding are different routes

Decide what to share, then check the result
Information can be sensitive even when it concerns a routine school task. Check attachments and quoted replies before sending them. Then review the proposed plan against the notice: the right child, the right date, and the right action.
Questions about inbox access
Does Plancove scan messages I have not forwarded?
No. It has no mailbox connection through which to read the rest of your inbox.
Is this an offline-only tool?
No. Selected content is processed in the cloud, even though the app reads text from shared images and PDFs on your iPhone.
