Plancove is an iPhone app for parents. You share a school message with it —
an email, a screenshot, a photo of a paper notice, a PDF, or a message from
the school's own app — and it returns a plan for each child: the dates,
deadlines, payments, forms, things to bring, and pickup changes it found.
You review every item against the original message before anything is
saved. Plancove does not connect to the school and does not read your
mailbox; it only sees what you send it.

$4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD), covering everyone in the family — both parents, every caregiver, every child. The annual plan saves 33%, about $3.33 a month. The first 14 days are free and you can cancel any time. Billing is handled by the App Store.

## What it does

- Share a message, screenshot, photo, PDF, or link from any app, and get a plan back.
- Forward the school's email to your family's private Plancove address — unknown senders wait for your approval.
- Every detail is checked against the original message before it saves, and anything inferred is flagged for you to confirm.
- Plans are per child, and one item can belong to several children at once.
- Forms, payments, clothes and packing are scheduled in the days before an event, not on the morning of it.
- Reminders arrive before something is needed, in your timezone.
- Invite your co-parent or a caregiver, and hand any item to a named person.

### Does Plancove work with my child's school?

It does not connect to the school at all, so there is nothing for the school to set up. You share or forward whatever the school already sends you — an email, a screenshot, a PDF, a photo of a paper notice, or a message from the school's own app.

### My school uses an app, not email. Can I still use it?

Yes. Use that app's share button and pick Plancove, or screenshot the notice and share the image. Plancove reads the text either way.

### Do you read my whole inbox?

No. Plancove never connects to your mailbox. Your family gets its own private forwarding address, and only what is forwarded there arrives. The first time an unknown sender forwards in, Plancove asks before trusting them.

### What does it cost?

### Does my partner pay separately?

No. One subscription covers the whole family. Invite them and they see the same plan on their own phone.

Forward the correction. Plancove updates the item you already saved instead of creating a duplicate, moves the reminders that depended on it, and shows you the change before applying it.
